Huge thank you to everyone who came out to hike the length of Long Lake! It was a beautiful day for a hike with cool temperatures and clear skies.
We started at the western tip at the parking lot and made our way down to the lake, where we hiked along the shore for a bit before turning into the forest. We followed winding trails through hardwood and mixed wood forests, past large trees and moss-covered boulders. Treats included friendly dogs, beautiful views of the lake, wild cranberries, and a several rickety wooden bridges!
