Polly's Cove Hike

Gorgeous trip visiting Polly's Cove! We trekked over marshland to make our way to the open view of the Atlantic ocean. Our guide Nichole provided education about the effects of nature on our brain. At the peak of the hike we performed a guided meditation while listening to the waves crash over the rocks.
