Crowbar Lake Hike (11/27)

November is may have a bad rap for being miserable and rainy, but anyone who was on this hike would certainly tell you otherwise! We had beautiful clear skies, warm weather (for November), and views unobstructed by leaves!

The Crowbar Lake Trail System is a wonderful place to hike and explore among the huge granite boulders and steep slopes left behind by the glaciers. The trail went up and down and up and down and up and down ... but we made it to the lake in the end! Highlights included a new boardwalk constructed by the Crowbar Lake Wilderness Association, views from an open rock ledge, lunch by Granite Lake, and for the adventurous, a climb into an old white pine!

Thank you to everyone who came on this hike, there will definitely be more like it in the future!
