About the event

Let's climb some trees! On Tree has several courses each labelled with ranging difficulties from easy to very difficult. The courses incorporate ropes, wood planks, ziplines, ladders, and various other fancy features to make awesome obstacle courses in trees! From your harness your attached to the course with a very cool two carabiner system that prevents you from unclipping accidentally (mega safe and super fun!). So when you get up on some of the very high ledges, you can enjoy the view and the climbing without worrying about the long fall to the ground!

The plan for the day starts with meeting outside the Dalhousie Student Union Building (SUB). We will plan to leave at 9:45am. A bus has been rented for the day. We will begin with a short orientation and gear overview from the On Tree staff and then aim to be climbing for roughly 12:00pm. We will climb for 2.5 hours (tons of time to get absolutely worked) and aim to be back at the SUB for 4:00pm.
